Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including registering in our apps or websites, correspondence, by telephone or email, via our website ailink.com.au and the HLD Booking mobile application, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don't guarantee website links or the policies of authorised third parties.

When you use the HLD Booking mobile application, the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, bookings and treatment preferences — is used to deliver booking and clinic-management services.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up to date. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ailink.com.au website and the HLD Booking mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using the HLD Booking mobile application or our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the Service.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for ensuring all Content you post, link, store and/or share in our app is legal. We reserve the full right to remove, relocate or amend any Content you post, link, store and/or share.

Accounts and Data Ownership

When you register an account through the Service, your account is created with, and held by, Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd. All user registration records, account data, booking records and the databases compiled through the operation of the Service are, and remain, the property and asset of Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd — and not of any clinic, practice or other business that uses our software to serve you ("Business Users").

Business Users are granted access to relevant data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to you through the platform, and acquire no ownership of, or proprietary rights in, the Service's user records or databases.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights in relation to your Personal Information under our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd.

Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Ailink Innovations Pty Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions are effective when posted on this page.
